Youth Support Worker
Hi, I’m Sally and I’m the Youth Support Worker at Lake Tuggeranong College.
I have worked at the college for nearly 13 years. During that time I have had a lot of involvement with student wellbeing, which is where my passion lies. At the end of 2019 I decided to study Youth Work at CIT, which has enabled me to better support our young people.

Some of the services I offer are targeted wellbeing support, referrals to external services for students and families, such as headspace, Communities@Work, and MARSS (Migrant & Refugee Settlement Service). I run a breakfast club during recess three days a week, I’m a trained Road Ready instructor, and I coordinate student volunteering. I am at the college five days a week and will endeavor to assist and support our students to the best of my ability. If there is something that I can’t help with, I will surely be able to find the right person or service who can.
I can be contacted on 6142-3663 or via email at sally-anne.leddy@ed.act.edu.au
I look forward to working with staff, students, and community members to progress learning opportunities and pathways for all.
