Two volunteers from the Red Cross recently attended LTC’s Global Studies class to give a presentation on In Search of Safety: Seeking Humanity which is an education program the Red Cross is running throughout Australia to High Schools and Colleges about assisting students to understand the experiences of people who are forced to flee their homes and seek asylum in another country.

The presentation was very engaging with presenter’s Fatima and Matt very impressed with the empathy, compassion and understanding LTC students showed during the session – really a testament to LTC and the school community!
