LTC students win at the Australia-China Friendship Society Awards

Students from the LTC Beginning and Continuing Chinese classes recently attended the 2015 ACT Mandarin Presentation Contest and Awards Ceremony. Students demonstrated their language skills in a video which they produced themselves.

Each year the Australia-China Friendship Society (ACFS) awards the best Chinese-language student and the most improved Chinese-language student from a number of high schools and colleges in the ACT in an effort to encourage students to continue their interest in learning Chinese and in learning about China.

Huge congratulations to Aliya TAYSAVANG in the Beginning Chinese class and Jennifer LE and QiuHua CHIENG in the Continuing Chinese classes for winning the 2015 ACT Mandarin Presentation Contest and Awards Ceremony.

Aliya also received the College Awards for the Best student of Chinese 2015 from Australia-China Friendship Society (ACFS).
