On Wednesday 10 June the two Zoology classes took off to see amazing and wonderful animals at the National Zoo and Aquarium Canberra. We had a great guide who showed us many different animals from reptiles to otters to giraffes and white lions. We learned about their different adaptations and issues they face for their conservation. We even got to feed a few like the white lions (see pictures below). The students were perfect ambassadors for the college and all had a great time on a sunny winters’ day in June.
